Growing up on the family orchard in the Adelaide Hills, then working alongside my parents in the Produce Markets at Pooraka, fresh fruit and vegetables were always part of everyday life. Years spent around beautiful produce from across the country gave me a deep appreciation for the colour, flavour and care behind a good piece of fruit.
