A clear starting point for custom, branded and bulk orders. Your quote will confirm the final product, timing, finish and delivery details.
Simple bulk orders generally need 7 days. If your order includes names, tags, artwork or branding, allow 10 days in total. We will confirm what is possible once we know your product, quantity and required date.
Christmas custom orders close on 10 December, or earlier if available production capacity is filled. If you are planning festive gifts, get in touch early.
Custom and branded orders require a 50% deposit to confirm production. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the agreed completion date.
We can discuss an existing TSGC finish, a gift message, a tag, ribbon, label change, client logo or a more bespoke idea. Tags and ribbon start from 3 gifts. Label changes and co-branded details also start from 3 gifts and need 7 days for printing. We will check the product, timing and label requirements with you first.
Please check your quote, names and artwork carefully before approving. Any change after approval must be checked and agreed by TSGC first. It may affect the price and completion date, and may not be possible once production has started.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If no materials have been ordered and no custom work has started, we can review whether the deposit can be refunded. Once products, printing, labels, tags or other custom materials have been ordered or prepared, the deposit is retained to cover those costs. Cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
Collection can be arranged by email or phone. Local delivery may be available within metropolitan South Australia for a fee. Orders can also be posted or sent by courier within Australia. Your quote will confirm the arrangement, cost and timing.
