Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Something Good Co! We take great care in preparing and shipping your order so your goodies arrive fresh, vibrant, and ready to enjoy.

Processing Times

All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During busy gifting seasons (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s Day), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location.
You’ll be able to view the shipping options and costs before completing your order.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions (details will be clearly stated on our website or social media).

At this stage we ship within Australia only. (If/when you open to international, you can add details here.)

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Post: 2–6 business days (metro areas), 5–10 business days (regional & remote).
Express Post: 1–3 business days (depending on location).
Please note delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Packaging & Care

Our products are carefully packaged to keep them safe in transit. As they are handcrafted, natural items, some variation may occur, but this does not affect quality or taste.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thesgcoadl@gmail.com with your order number so we can follow up with the courier.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
